Quality ObjectivesOur Commitment to Quality
We implement an effective and efficient Quality Management System (QMS) that benefits all stakeholders. We are committed to establishing continuous improvement processes, adapting to change and ensuring safety for clients and users.We aim to demonstrate our centre’s ability to meet the demand for technological services and ensure that the quality of our work meets the expectations of our clients and collaborators. To this end, we have implemented the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Fuel, Plastics and Chemistry Laboratories.
We have established the following general guidelines to achieve our quality objectives, which form the basis of our policy:
